The Fenix Way edition 2026

Back in 2012, the first Fenix Way was developed and adopted by Fenix Outdoor. It lies at the heart of who we are as a company, guiding how we work and why we do what we do. It reflects our corporate culture, our approach to sustainability, and our commitment to responsibly managing our impact on the natural, social, and economic environment. The Fenix Way is not static; it is a living expression of our values and aspirations. 

In this updated edition, we reaffirm our four cornerstone responsibilities: to nature, to society, to our business partners, and to our shareholders. Our focus remains clear: we prioritize the areas where we can truly make a difference and create meaningful impact. This update brings together insights, new ideas, and best practices from teams across the globe, while also strengthening our alignment with evolving international standards such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and our human rights and environmental commitments. 

The Fenix Way is meant to spark conversations, inspire reflection, and support continuous improvement. It reminds us that how we achieve our goals is just as important as what we accomplish.
